How do the different specialty foods get listed on your platform?

We have a team of food curators who are on constant look out for amazing foods spanning across locations. We are open to adding new products to our list. Do you stock the products?

No, none of the products listed on tastebells.com are stocked by us. They get delivered, from their producers, directly to you by our courier partners. This ensures that they stay fresh. Our QA process ensures that you get quality food items. 


How long does it take for my parcel to get delivered to my doorstep?

Depending on the customer’s location, the delivery time may vary. It can range from same day delivery to a maximum of 5 working days. However at times, it may even take longer.


What packaging do you use while delivering your products?

We take utmost care while undertaking packaging of our products so that your food items are delivered to you in the best condition. We use hard corrugated boxed with bubble wrapping to avoid any breakage. For the more fragile items, specialized packaging is used by our vendors to avoid any damages to the item.


Who are your delivery partners?

We have tie-ups with the best in class logistics companies. Your items would be carefully packaged and picked by our delivery partners and delivered to your doorstep.


What all areas do you deliver items to?

Since our mission is to provide access to delectable foods from different places to all food lovers irrespective of location, we deliver to almost all the locations across India.


How do I track my order status?

After you have made the payment for the food item of your choice, you will get an email from TasteBells containing the details of your order and an order number. That order number can be used to track the status of your order at any stage.


How will I get delivery in case I place order of multiple items from different vendors?

In such scenarios, you will receive multiple couriers from different vendors. However, for the purpose of tracking your order status of multiple ordered items, you will have to use the order number which you will receive from TasteBells upon payment.


I have received damaged items , what am I supposed to do?

In case you receive deliveries with damages, feel free to contact us at 09910 444 909 or send us an email on [email protected] containing your order number, name of product and the defect noticed by you. We will work to resolve the situation at the earliest.


What is the return policy?

All our products once sold are treated as final sale. However, in situations where you receive damaged products, please contact us at 09910 444 909 or drop us a mail at [email protected] mentioning details of your product, order number. We will try to find the best and the quickest possible solution to the situation.


What are the different modes of payment?

You can pay online through your credit card, debit card, through net banking or wallets such as mobikwik, freecharge, payzapp and jio money. For bulk orders, there will be volume discounts. We also accept international cards. The billing will be in INR though.


Why COD is not available as a payment option?

All our products are made to order and prepared fresh after we receive your order. The products being food products by nature cannot be re sold as well if the delivery is not accepted by our customer. Since the products are made to order and prepared only for you, we have to charge before hand to ensure that the sale remains viable for us.


What is the final product price I need to pay while checking out and why do some products carry a shipping charge?

The pricing of our listed products is all-inclusive. You may have to pay a separate shipping cost which will depend on the area you want the food item to be shipped to. Most of our products do not carry any shipping charge. However, for some products, the location of the brand, the nature and shelf life of the product, the delivery location, the weight and volume of the product as well as its nature do warrant an additional charge.
