1. Cancellation and refund policy

We are committed to the ideal of making our customer interactions and transactions as smooth as possible.
In the event of situations, where you would like to cancel the order, we request you to kindly inform us either by calling us at 09910 444 909 or by writing to us on contact@tastebells.comThe order shall be cancelled and the entire amount minus the processing charges refunded within two to three weeks of order cancellation provided the shipment has not been prepared by our vendor. The refund will be credited in the same mode as used in making the order payment. Bank transfers may be made in exceptional cases. In case the product has been prepared then no cancellation will be possible. We will not be able to entertain any changes in address, routes etc. once the shipment has been prepared by the vendor.
 
TasteBells withholds the right to cancel orders of transactions, which seem to be of fraudulent nature and it can choose not to process requests from customers, who are found indulging in such acts. There will not be any refunds in this case. TasteBells further reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where TasteBells is not able to meet the requirements of the order placed or order so placed does not comply with TasteBells Policy or Terms or has invalid/incorrect order address/contact details. Orders thus cancelled will be duly informed and applicable refunds processed in the same mode as used during order payment. Any expense by TasteBells will be recovered from the order amount/customer before the refund is made.
 
For any concerns or queries regarding the quality/packaging of the product delivered to you, we request you to contact us at 09910 444 909 or contact@tastebells.com. We will take up the matter with our vendor and try to work out the quickest and best solution to address your concern. 

 

2. Return policy

In situations where you receive products in damaged condition or with tampered packaging, we request you to bring the issue to our notice. You may contact us at 09910 444 909 or email us at contact@tastebells.com within 24 hours of having accepted the delivery of the product. We also request you to email us the pictures of the defective product so that we can take up the matter with our vendor or the delivery partner which ever be the case with in 48 hours of order delivery. Please note that the above timelines are strictly applicable in all cases and your failure to comply with them will forfeit your claim for any resolution, whatsoever. If the claim is found genuine, our vendors will enable a replacement of the defective product with a fresh order free of any cost. However, in case you do not want a replacement of the same product, a coupon code with same value as the original product price can be issued. This code can be used to make any other purchase on our website. No requests for monetary refunds will be entertained.

 

3. Shipping and delivery policy 

TasteBells has partnered with some of the best logistics service providers like FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery to leverage their logistics expertise and their network strength.
Majority of our products have free shipping to most of the locations in India. In case the product chosen by you carries a shipping charge, we will inform you about the same during your check out from the website. 

Majority of the products are shipped within 1-2 days from the order date. There may be unforseen delays beyond our control. The delivery time is different for different products and the same is displayed on the product page.

Delivery timelines depend on a number of factors like weather, unforseen events, traffic conditions, festivals, or any special events. It will be our sincere effort to complete deliveries at the earliest and we shall keep you informed in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any unforseen delays by our courier partners or in case the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

  

4. Privacy policy
